Put down a Deposit
To lock the date, a refundable “Security and Damage Deposit” is required. The deposit amount is $1,000 and can be paid in the form of a check, cash or money order. This deposit does not count towards the rental fee.
Cancellation
If the event is canceled less than
90 calendar days prior to the
start of the Rental Period, the deposit will not be refunded.

Please read it carefully and sign on the screen.
Pay the Rental Fee
Full rental fee is due
60 days prior to the start of the Rental Period.

Provide Liability Insurance
Renter must provide a certificate for one million dollars worth of Liability Insurance to cover any injury, loss or damages caused by the negligence of Renter for the duration of the rental period.
The insurance certificate must specify two items exactly as follows:

This insurance certificate must be secured and a copy provided to Starbright no later than
30 business days prior to the start of the rental period.
