Step-by-Step Guide for Renting the Venue

  • Submit a Venue Request
    Fill out a Venue Request form with your contact info and a few details about your event: As you fill out the form, it will show you which dates are available. Once you submit this form, you will receive a welcome email and a text message. We typically reply within 1 business day, and often much faster. Please look for an email from "venue@starbright.com" -- sometimes the welcome email might end up in the "spam" or "promotions" folder.
  • Submit the Rental Schedule
    Fill out this form with your desired rental dates and times: As you fill out the schedule, the form will show you the rental fees.
  • Submit a Security Deposit
    A security deposit is necessary to hold your desired rental date(s). Learn more...
  • Sign the Rental Contract
    The rental contract will be emailed to you for your e-signature. View sample contract
  • Pay the Rental Fee
    The rental fee is due 60 days before the event. Learn more...
  • Provide Liability Insurance
    Renting the venue requires General Liability insurance. You only need to fill out one simple form -- the entire process takes less than 5 minutes. Learn more...
